The Oak at TreeHouse was amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and linen and towels were clean and smelled fresh. Jenny has clearly thought of everything. We walked the shirt to the beach every morning and stopped at Starbucks for on the way (it opens at 6am, so you can watch the sunrise with coffee! ). There are many other restaurants in walking distance and many more a short drive away. Check-in and check-out was flawless. The hosts also sent information about the area before we arrived which helped a lot after a long drive. Our dog, Beau, also loved the apartment and the fenced back yard. The apartment is very dog friendly. Jenny is definitely a super host! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is amazing just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for our family. The home was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved it, and it felt like a perfect home away from home. We’re already looking forward to booking again next year!

Jenny’s place was just as described in a good neighborhood, walkable to the beach and several good restaurants. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and outdoor sitting area was great ! Home was very clean! There were plenty of nice supplies for the beach as well! Definitely recommend.. easy 5 ⭐️!

This is such a lovely rental. Beautiful decor, comfortable bedding, well stocked kitchen. The backyard is the cherry on top. Loved our stay and especially appreciate the washable couch covers for fur babies. Hosts are great to work with.

This is a lovely place! I travel a lot and tend to stay in Airbnbs; this one stood out! Classy decor, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds and many nice touches throughout. It’s walking distance to the beach and to many restaurants. We’d definitely stay again.

This location and the amenities were spectacular! This is a short walk to everything you could need, including a grocery store (Publix) which we used the wagon from the garage to haul our things! We loved exploring the beach and all of the restaurants and bars along the pier. I would recommend bringing your own beach towels if you have the room; they were provided, but the towels were more like beach blankets and not very comfortable. The AC was also a bit tricky to figure out, as it would shut off in the middle of the night because it was on a timer.

Jenny was so accommodating with a last minute booking, and so friendly. The place is beautifully decorated and well stocked, and we look forward to visiting again when in the area!

Jenny's place was one of the nicest Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The decor is lovely, all the bathrooms are new and beautiful, and the kitchen is large and well equipped.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jax beach — look no further! This place is comfortable & very aesthetically pleasing! Walking distance to several restaurants/bars/beaches. Safe neighborhood for long runs! Plan to stay here again next year when we return for the The Players Championship!
