YOU MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT THIS HOME. PETS The Oak is dog friendly so if you're allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. We clean very thoroughly, but you may notice an occasional stray dog hair. *If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a dog with you we will charge the pet fee retroactively via Airbnb resolution center. Dogs should not be left unattended for extended periods of time. SHARED SPACES The garage (available to you for storage - beach toys, etc.) and outdoor shower are shared spaces, please be mindful of this when booking. There may be guests in upstairs unit during your stay. PARTIES Any gathering of more than 6 people is strictly forbidden without the prior written consent of the property owner. ***Any violation of this rule will result in a $1000 Party Fee charged to your credit card.*** SMOKING Smoking/Vaping is strictly forbidden inside -- you may smoke in the backyard utilizing ashtrays and disposing of butts in outdoor trashcan. Please do not leave any butts on the ground. - Do not use the premises for any illegal activities - Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb - Please be respectful of neighbors - City ordinance states quiet times are 10pm-8am.

Beautiful home with a lovely outdoor space. Walkable location, convenient to restaurants and the beach. The host has the home outfitted with everything you need. Lots of attention to detail to make your stay comfortable.

Jenny's place was absolutely perfect for us and our two pups! The unit had everything we could ever need including some pet blankets that were great for helping us limit the mess of muddy paws on rainy days. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect- super close to the beach, local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and ice cream parlors. We also loved spending time outside in the backyard under the gazebo while our dogs explored the yard. We look forward to coming back soon!

The Oak at TreeHouse was amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and linen and towels were clean and smelled fresh. Jenny has clearly thought of everything. We walked the shirt to the beach every morning and stopped at Starbucks for on the way (it opens at 6am, so you can watch the sunrise with coffee! ). There are many other restaurants in walking distance and many more a short drive away. Check-in and check-out was flawless. The hosts also sent information about the area before we arrived which helped a lot after a long drive. Our dog, Beau, also loved the apartment and the fenced back yard. The apartment is very dog friendly. Jenny is definitely a super host! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will be back.
