YOU MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT THIS HOME. PETS The Palm is dog friendly so if you're allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. We clean very thoroughly, but you may notice an occasional stray dog hair. *If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a dog with you we will charge the pet fee retroactively via Airbnb resolution center. SHARED SPACES The garage (available to you for storage - beach toys, etc.) and outdoor shower are shared spaces, please be mindful of this when booking. There may be guests in bottom unit during your stay. PARTIES Any gathering of more than 6 people is strictly forbidden without the prior written consent of the property owner. ***Any violation of this rule will result in a $1000 Party Fee charged to your credit card.*** SMOKING Smoking/Vaping is strictly forbidden inside -- you may smoke in the backyard utilizing ashtrays and disposing of butts in outdoor trashcan. Please do not leave any butts on the ground. - Do not use the premises for any illegal activities - Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb - Please be respectful of neighbors - City ordinance states quiet times are 10pm-8am.

We love being able to walk across the street to the beach and the main drag of Jacksonville beach. We're an easy bike ride or short drive to Neptune and Atlantic Beaches as well as stroll Trader Joes, Whole Foods, a tons of restaurants and nightlife.

âœč GENERAL: As guests, you can enjoy private access to the entire upstairs unit. You will have a private entrance and driveway. The shared space includes the outdoor shower and the garage âœč PARKING: Free parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. We also have a free Level 2 EV charger for your convenience. âœč WORK FROM HOME: There is free fast wifi available throughout the unit, plus 2 designated workspaces. âœč FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? A pack n’ play and booster chair is available upon request. (Reminder that the occupancy is 4 people total including children). âœč PETS: Please let us know in advance if you would like to bring a dog. Loved our stay. The apartment was perfect and exactly as the photos and description show. Great location! Wonderful upscale comfortable but beachy vibe. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This location and the amenities were spectacular! This is a short walk to everything you could need, including a grocery store (Publix) which we used the wagon from the garage to haul our things! We loved exploring the beach and all of the restaurants and bars along the pier. I would recommend bringing your own beach towels if you have the room; they were provided, but the towels were more like beach blankets and not very comfortable. The AC was also a bit tricky to figure out, as it would shut off in the middle of the night because it was on a timer.

Our time at Jenny's place was great. The space was clean and well-equipped, and she was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Walking, biking, golf carts -- this is how everyone gets around! But there's plenty of parking at the house and nearby and a bus stop just two blocks away.
