Beautiful home with a lovely outdoor space. Walkable location, convenient to restaurants and the beach. The host has the home outfitted with everything you need. Lots of attention to detail to make your stay comfortable.

Loved our stay. The apartment was perfect and exactly as the photos and description show. Great location! Wonderful upscale comfortable but beachy vibe. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Jenny's place was absolutely perfect for us and our two pups! The unit had everything we could ever need including some pet blankets that were great for helping us limit the mess of muddy paws on rainy days. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect- super close to the beach, local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and ice cream parlors. We also loved spending time outside in the backyard under the gazebo while our dogs explored the yard. We look forward to coming back soon!

The Oak at TreeHouse was amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and linen and towels were clean and smelled fresh. Jenny has clearly thought of everything. We walked the shirt to the beach every morning and stopped at Starbucks for on the way (it opens at 6am, so you can watch the sunrise with coffee! ). There are many other restaurants in walking distance and many more a short drive away. Check-in and check-out was flawless. The hosts also sent information about the area before we arrived which helped a lot after a long drive. Our dog, Beau, also loved the apartment and the fenced back yard. The apartment is very dog friendly. Jenny is definitely a super host! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

This location and the amenities were spectacular! This is a short walk to everything you could need, including a grocery store (Publix) which we used the wagon from the garage to haul our things! We loved exploring the beach and all of the restaurants and bars along the pier. I would recommend bringing your own beach towels if you have the room; they were provided, but the towels were more like beach blankets and not very comfortable. The AC was also a bit tricky to figure out, as it would shut off in the middle of the night because it was on a timer.

Our time at Jenny's place was great. The space was clean and well-equipped, and she was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We appreciated the nice furnishings and decor, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, quiet attractive neighborhood, and proximity to the beach and other amenities. We recommend Jenny's place to other guests!

This place was perfect for what we needed. Had everything we needed to have a great week and was close to do many places. Love that it's so close to the beach!! Great hosts and responded quickly to questions when we had them.
