No smells, good water pressure, didn’t run out of hot water, it was beautiful and functional and so close to the beach and restaurants and we felt safe there. She thought of everything we could need or want. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again. Affordable! For what you’re getting vs a hotel on the beach, I’d chose this place and pull the wagon full of chairs and umbrellas and beach supplies rather than staying at the hotel on the beach. We stayed at the hotel on the beach last year and this was better for so many reasons. She’s got a great thing going here and should have no problem staying booked up year round. - Abby I really enjoyed my stay in this house. The neighborhood and area were ideal for us as we wanted to be somewhere safe by the beach. An added bonus was going for a run at sunset and seeing all of the cool houses in the neighborhood. Easy to get in to the house and we thought the design was even better in person than in the pictures. - Spencer Beautifully decorated inside & out and very clean; fully-stocked kitchen and baths; easy access to all including beaches & shopping. YOU MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT THIS HOME. PETS The Palm is dog friendly so if you're allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. We clean very thoroughly, but you may notice an occasional stray dog hair. *If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a dog with you we will charge the pet fee retroactively via Airbnb resolution center. SHARED SPACES The garage (available to you for storage - beach toys, etc.) and outdoor shower are shared spaces, please be mindful of this when booking. There may be guests in bottom unit during your stay. PARTIES Any gathering of more than 6 people is strictly forbidden without the prior written consent of the property owner. ***Any violation of this rule will result in a $1000 Party Fee charged to your credit card.*** SMOKING Smoking/Vaping is strictly forbidden inside -- you may smoke in the backyard utilizing ashtrays and disposing of butts in outdoor trashcan. Please do not leave any butts on the ground. - Do not use the premises for any illegal activities - Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb - Please be respectful of neighbors - City ordinance states quiet times are 10pm-8am.

We love being able to walk across the street to the beach and the main drag of Jacksonville beach. We're an easy bike ride or short drive to Neptune and Atlantic Beaches as well as stroll Trader Joes, Whole Foods, a tons of restaurants and nightlife.

The shared space includes the outdoor shower and the garage ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. We also have a free Level 2 EV charger for your convenience. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free fast wifi available throughout the unit, plus 2 designated workspaces. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? A pack n’ play and booster chair is available upon request. (Reminder that the occupancy is 4 people total including children). ✹ PETS: Please let us know in advance if you would like to bring a dog. This location and the amenities were spectacular! This is a short walk to everything you could need, including a grocery store (Publix) which we used the wagon from the garage to haul our things! We loved exploring the beach and all of the restaurants and bars along the pier. I would recommend bringing your own beach towels if you have the room; they were provided, but the towels were more like beach blankets and not very comfortable. The AC was also a bit tricky to figure out, as it would shut off in the middle of the night because it was on a timer.

This was my first time renting an Airbnb so naturally I was a bit skeptical and unsure but the price and location was ideal. I was pleasantly surprised that what I found was exactly as described and perfect for our visit. We were about 4 blocks from the JAX Pier with lots of restaurants nearby. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and it felt like we were staying at a family or friend’s home. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable and peaceful, the bathrooms were clean and up to date, and finally the decor throughout was very cozy. During our stay it was a bit chilly so we didn’t use any of the beach items offered or the outdoor shower. My son is in the U.S. Navy and stationed nearby for the next few years so we will definitely be traveling back to the area and might possibly consider this to be our home away from home. Thank you Jenny, we had a nice visit with our son and your home was very accommodating.

Perfect house for a weekend get away! The house was beautiful and all furnishings and amenities matched the listing description accurately. Beds were extremely comfortable and the living room and kitchen were functional and cozy. Convenient location to the beach and downtown. Although we drove everywhere, it is walkable. We had a few issues with the thermostat, however the hosts were very prompt in getting that resolved for us. I would confidently stay here again and recommend this property to anyone!

Clean, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated! This location was unbeatable in terms of walkability to the beach. There is also a cute playground nearby. The hosts communicated everything I needed to know in advance and also shared a helpful guide book with local restaurants and activities!

Great 2 bedroom space — 2 true primary rooms with bathrooms so it felt very roomy. Home was very comfortable and in a great location — we ended up extending our trip. Will try to stay here again!

This place was lovely! Bed was super comfy, unit was really clean, and the kitchen nicely appointed. The location was great. Easy walk to the beach and to the fishing pier (worth the couple of bucks to walk to the end and look back on the town). Would highly recommend staying here. Jenny was a great communicator and if we’re back in Jax beach, this is where we’ll stay.

The decor in this place was stunnning! The rooms were cozy and comfortable. It was the perfect space for two couples enjoying the weekend at the beach. The location was super ideal!! Only a short walk to everything. Bonus if you have an electric car they slow to use the charger! Jenny was super helpful and responsive with all our questions! We can’t wait to return in the future :)
